The Women's Loneliness Assessment
Find out your human connection score
Many women experience loneliness and disconnection at work and in their social circles. To overcome loneliness, you need opportunities to connect with others. You also need to cultivate a healthy relationship with yourself and understand how meaningful relationships work and how to create them.
Take our 3 minute assessement and we’ll send you a personalised report with insights to help you reduce loneliness and create more human connection. It's quick and free.
To find your human connection score, you’ll be scored against the following key areas:

Your relationship with yourself
This is the foundation for your other relationships. Seeing yourself in a positive light, being true to your core beliefs and values and acting in accordance with them helps you create meaningful connections without losing sight of your true self.

Your emotional regulation
Your emotional regulation directly impacts your relationships. When you can identify and manage your emotions, you're better equipped to express your needs, set boundaries and build productive connections.

Your relationships with others
The quality of your relationships matters. By understanding the depth and meaningfulness of your current connections, you can identify areas to invest more time and energy.
Customer testimonials
Here’s what our clients are saying about our mental health and wellbeing coaching, mentoring and training.
"Esther delivered a course with a difficult subject matter in a sensitive and engaging way. I am used to normally tuning out somewhat during training courses (especially remote) I attend for work but in this instance, I was fully engaged the whole time. Would absolutely recommend her as a trainer."
Dr Owain Kenway
University College London
"Esther has delivered two sessions so far for us on mental health and wellbeing. The most recent session focussed on managing stress, covering the things that stress you and others, plus helpful and unhelpful ways of coping with stress. It was practical, accessible, enlightening and all the all the better for being delivered from a place of lived experience. We received excellent feedback from our deaf, disabled and/or neurodivergent trainees and will be using Esther again."
Dr Laurence Clark
TripleC | DANC (Disabled Artists’ Networking Community)
"I am grateful for this opportunity to have joined this group. It gave me a deeper insight and understanding of what authenticity really means and what the components of good relationships are. How to have good relationships, maintain and stop them when they are no longer aligned with our needs and authentic self."

"The group coaching programme was so valuable on many levels, and Esther was a really supportive, calming practitioner, she fostered an inclusive, respectful talking space. I learnt so much about authenticity, the different kinds of support needed in relationships, and how to identify my emotions and handle them with care, and how all of that feeds into our feelings of connection and belonging. I would definitely recommend this programme!"

"Just to say thank you very much for a wonderful MHFA Refresher course – it was delivered excellently; very thought provoking, interesting and enjoyable. I felt at ease and safe to share my own experiences and to ask questions. I learnt new elements during the refresher course which will enable me to look after my own health whilst having the confidence to support and provide mental health first aid to others. Thank you Esther."
Jamie Ayles
Senior HR and Corporate Services Manager, Carers UK
"Many thanks for leading the refresher course - it was really helpful, I appreciated your connection with the group and ensuring every one had opportunity to contribute. I valued the space to think and apply to realistic example situations. Thank you for adapting how the content was used to suit the group so we benefited from the time in a way that suited the group."
